What we're looking for:

3+ years of experience working in Finance in either a martech company or agency, or within the Media space

Big 4 accounting training advantageous but not required

An understanding and comfort level of different revenue streams (SaaS, managed services, revenue share models)

Strategic thinking and commercial awareness

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships, including the internal and external client teams, and preferred partners

An ability to learn and adopt new technologies

Attention to detail

A ‘can-do’ team player attitude

Experience with CRM software (such as HubSpot), Finance software ( such as Xero)

Experience managing, setting and delivering department and company-wide budgets

Comfortable interacting and reporting up to the leadership team

The role involves:

Owning and developing the financial processes across the company

Managing payment runs

Payroll approvals

Collating and managing company Bonus/Commissions

Managing contractor invoices

Management of the finance systems and access rights to these systems

Management of company pre-paid cards

Bank reconciliation approvals

Accounts receivables management

Responsible for Company insurance policies

VAT approvals

R&D claims

HMRC payment approvals

Tech team vendor contract T&Cs management and approvals

Procurement negotiations

Managing building contracts/ relationships

Company subscriptions accounts ( including tech, software, media accounts, company online tools and memberships)

Equipment purchases, maintenance, repairs and insurance claims

Onboarding and offboarding staff into systems ( including payroll, paid software tools, internal comms accounts

Admin on all tech and software accounts such as google, Slack, dropbox, hubspot etc

Client MSA, SoW contract agreements management
